We want you to be completely satisfied with your self-portrait purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure that garments are returned in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized collection point, keeping your receipt for tracking purposes.
